Upsic fees and format

Dear All,

Kindly let me know if anyone has some idea for fees and prescribed format to appeal first time in Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission if FAA and PIO did and responded for RTI and First Appeal ?

There is no fee fos appeal before state information commission in any state
