yes the legal representative impleaded. but minor has to get appointed by a guardian through court of law

A minor is to be represented through his guardian either he may be natural or may be got appointed from competent court of law.

Minor has an independent & infeasible right of being maintained in terms of S.125.Usully ,natural guardian(mother) represents.Cases are conceivable otherwise also.But,this is sure & certain that in the event of Death of the 'person through whom the child sues for its maintenance NEXT FRIEND can continue the proceedings.
