I'm a Forward Caste man married a Most Backward caste women. Shall i get a MBC community certificate for my child? Whether it is legaly acceptable? Shall i use it for her studies quota?

According to the Supreme Court, the child will get only the caste of the 'father'.

Yes. Your child can be belongs to your community only. Never can be your wife's community.

I differ, As per the TN regulations, the child can get the community certificate of his father or mother.
