Whether conveyance deed and registration is required, if a partner contributing land as his capital towards Limited liability partnership?

Yes, the registration is required to transfer the property unto the LLP's name.

Thanq you vishal for prompt response. i have one doubt that which as follows:-
if i convey through conveyance deed that amount to transfer of property not as contribution to LLP? Is am right in saying this or not? what is your opinion on this?

Pl see the commnentary at page 1425 of Guide to Deeds and Documents by G.M. Divekar at page 1425. Conveyancing practice is to transfer the property in to the name of of the Firm. As such a deed of transfer has to be executed and registered.
