Dear Sir,
Respondent filed a petition to party adding (District Collector, Mandal Revenuew office) to prove land ownership. But that petition was dismissed by the Honble Court because Government involvement is not necessary to this case. Again Respondent filed a petition to suvey the land through Govt.suveyor though commissioner. Please suggest to me how that petition will be dismissed by court with any decisions.

You can add the necessary parties only as defendants. In that case the court will give you time for amendment of plaint.

The proposed Party must be necessary and proper party to the litigation in the suit - to prove private person claim the Govt need not be impleaded as party - They may be holding the govt Records - it is for the party to prove his case by Evidence /documentary evidence- any Govt Record can be produced in Court by obtaining Certified copies or by calling the entire record to the Court- as the circumstances require .
If the Circumstances in the case require the survey of land /property by Govt Department , necessary orders will be passed by the Court by appointment of Advocate Commissioner to survey the land by taking assistance of the Survey and land records Department .
