If all the parties are agree to partition of their share in that property, they all of you can effect a partition and execute n registered it in jurisdictional sub-registrar office otherwise parties are not agree to do this, then you can file a partition suit in jurisdictional court.

Thanks

First send a legal notice and after that you can take steps accordingly.

Legal notice is not mandatory for partition suit. You may file a partition suit in civil court with all the documents and seek partition.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 04 December 2010
Firstly,You have to make demand of partition of property by meets bounds to all of persons having share in property. If they deny then you may proceed to file a suit in the court.
