i was an exporter. my sub contractor ran away with my goods and refuse to give delivery.
after that i made losses in my export did not received payment.
so i have out standing in market as well as bank.
now on of my supplier whom i had to pay i gave him debit note for not delivering goods on time and i had mention the clause in our contract.
he refuse to accept and refuse to wait for payment.
he gave my number to his supplier and he is giving threatening calls to me at home and on mobile late night also he treat my mother of kidnapping me.
NC was register but call were not stoped so i visited incharge officer of police station and he called my supplier as well as his supplier.
my supplier visited police station and officer took his statement and asked him not to call me and threat me through other people and please proceed with legal way to ask money. also asked suppliers supplier not to call me.
same day in night he call again 15 times on mobile and 2 times at home.
i rushed to police station he refuse to take further action.
i am single lady leaving with my old age parents they are very scared and even i am very scare.
going to court will take long time and i want to know police got NO right to register a complaint and take action as third person is calling me and demanding money on behalf of some one else.

PLEASE ADVICE VERY URGENTLY.

against the threatening calls from 3rd person lodge a complaint before the police station. In the next call record it so it is useful. You can lodge criminal case.

and if police refuse to take complaint?
as you know very well you can not tell them that it is a criminal case other wise they will start acting against you.
i think these 3 rd person is very influencer person as police talkes to him very politly and threaten me that "agar sidh se paisa nahi doge to ungli to unko teda karna padega."
so it scares you more.
please advice where should i go if the police do not lodge complaint any senior or where.

It appears from your query that the police is not taking any action against the culprits. If that be so then you lodge complaint not only to the concerned police station but also to its higher Authorities. If thereafter against the police police fails to react then you can move application before the Magistrate having the jurisdiction over it u/s 156(3)crpc making a detailed representation to the court so that it send the same to the police for making investigation on it after treating the same as FIR.

You file a petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C. in High court seeking direction to police to register FIR and proceed with investigation and also give you protection.

You make complain with S.P/D.C.P or Women Grievance Cell. Even if nothing happens, you can file writ in High Court for Police inaction.

You may better approach Commissioner Police or Range Jt CP or District Dy CP with all these facts and your having visted SHO and police station with the written complaint etc.
