1) last year I got bonus but this year I resigned in October and given one month notice in place of two working month now company is denying my bonus in November though they have deducted one month salary. 2) also in my salary slip they are writing Days paid = 26 and we are getting coff for working in Sunday so my notice period will be of 26 days or 30 days in month 3) they are denying the coff earned during notice period so what is to be done

There is no legal issue involved in this. If you feel that you are aggrieved by he decision of the management you can very well protest the same by sending a communication that you cannot accept their unilateral decision in this regard and to pay you the proper and entitled bonus or the perks you are eligible. After that you can plan to escalate the matter legally.

What is your legal issue? However, Sundays and other holidays should be included in a notice period, unless the terms of employment indicate that the expression “full day “ in the notice would include only the working days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
