I have a soil compactor which i bought from a part for about 6-7 years ago.
I have the sale deed of the machine but the papers are still with the party.
I am facing difficulty in selling off the machine. Please instruct what to do. I have a proper sale deed from the party.

Why did you not take original documents of ownership with the machine when you purchased ?
Engage a local lawyer for commercial question.
