Dv croas - ask for income document production

Wife has filed DV against my whole family in 2009. Her cross and witness was over in 2012..she had also called my employer at that time. Now time for my evidence in 2015 . My cross is in progress. Meanwhile opponent lawyer has given application for production of my income papers from 2009, my house property registration docs which on loan in my name. What's d likelyhood or rigth court has to ask for produce those docs? Wud apex Cort entertain this? What should be my response to that application?

The documents pertaining to your income are sought by the opponent lawyer to be produced before court to establish his case, if you possess them, on being ordered by court, you may have to produce it or you may face contempt of court.
