Sir,
We are a registered residential society How many times in a year can the same flat be transferred and can the share certificate be stamped for transfer twice in a year Please give us an explanation.

There is no limit. As many times as the flat gets transferred the share certificate can also be stamped.

1. In Maharashtra, u/s 29, of the MCS Act, a member has to hold the membership of a Society, for a minimum period of one year, BEFORE membership can be transferred to any other person.
