Sir please help me. My problem is as below.
I filed petition for divorce in support of some photograph showing close relationship and 66nos. of letters written by my wife to correspondent. After 12years the case was dismissed by dist.court with maintenance. And is now at the appeal stage to high court. During the period of pendency in the dist. court reconcoliation move was initiated by the court, but not complied by my wife. Before that she filed RCR and was dismissed. Now can I file a petition for judicial separation on those ground of desertion.
