You can lodge police complaint against Baba.

Who took you to bawa, as you have stated, "IN FEB. 2013 I WAS TAKEN TO BAWA AT DONGRI IN MUMBAI.."?
Moreover, why did you feel the need to file a suit now after two years of your sleep?

If your husband compelled you to visit bawa, you may take the plea against him in his divorce case.

You can challenge the divorce case, fight it out tooth and nail and put forth the facts of the cruel acts you had experienced in the past due to his ignorant attitude. A complaint against the bawa at this belated stage may not invoke the desired result.
