Ancestral property

My Grand father died in 1952 he has 2 son and 3 doughters out of 3 doughter, 1 doughter died immidiately within 2 years after her marrige she had only doughter , doughter is married can she claim her right in the property of her Grand father as she married before 1950 and she had step mother.

Yes of course the grand daughter would be entitled for her Mother's share irrespective of whether she has step mother or not.

Since your grand father died in the year 1952, as per the law prevailing then, only the male members in the family were entitled to get the property. Therefore, only the two sons were entitled to get the property and nobody else.
In view of this, the grand daughter cannot claim any share in the property in question.
