Time of execution of contract with women

Sir,
Is there any restriction about time of execution of contract especially with women. Is the contract entered with women during the night time is valid with respect to protection of women and the like. Sir Please advice me

The contract Act is silent about the hour of the day at which a contract cannot be made. Also, there is no distinction as men and women in normal circumstances and the word used almost everywhere (except when specifically required as women) as person.

There is no separate provision governing contract executed by woman. The sme Contract Act governs the agreement executed by man or woman.
