Lawyers are everywhere.. Choose , and fight..
Earlier borrowers were harassed, now creditors have to move !!!
you must have enough to engage lawyers.

as per the judgement on august 1st only the question to decide the jurisdiction. if a case transfer from one place to another court fresh summons have to issue to the accused as per the provisions of Cr.P.C. The cases which is going to be transferred is only the cases in the initial stages. that is at the stage of issuing summons, appearance of accused, 1st questioning and pre trial cases. once the complainant adduced his evidence under 145 (2) of N.I.Act the case will continue at the same place as it is presumed to be transferred from the original court to the court were it is now pending, deems that the apex court transferred that case to the court were it is pending. engaging a new lawyer is not required, but it is depending on the party and the concerned advocate.
