How to sqash the impunged order of disrict forum

My consumer complaint against builder for deficiency&terms of contract voilation was dismissed by supreme court also.
I noticed that perjury has taken place by OP with all proofs.If I file application u/s340CrPC in district Forum &if I succeed then what is the procedure to sqash the impunged order of the District forum?can I call back the order?
Will I Have to refile the complaint in District forum?
