Gift of proprietorship firm by father to son

Dear Sir

A father proprietor of Firm wants to gift a running business to his son. where firm has taken cc Limit with bank and situated at roorkee, haridwar enjoying excise and income tax exemption.

i need gift deed format and also want to know whether business can be gifted or not

No standard format for the purpose and also formats not supplied in this section.

However, Bank limit has to be got sanctioned afresh after gift.
