Dear experts,

whts the procedure and requirements of marriage registeration?

both parties resides in delhi and marriage also took place in delhi,now whts the process of jurisdiction to decide SDM court?

what are requirements of documents?

You file an application before the registrar of marriages along with fotos, affidavit,residential proof.

For marriage registration you have to approach register office only. Proof of identity. Proof of address proof of birth . Proof of marriage. With both side witness.
