Dear Sir,
I would like to state that I am B.Com. and serving in Central Board of Excise & Customs Department in SYSTEM BRANCH from 2006 as contract basis on very low remuneration.

In this regard, i have any chance to confirm my job or how can i increase my remuneration??

All at the mercy of recruiters. No way to increase remuneration, except by watching the regular recruitment and applying for the job on regular basis.

If the department take a policy decision to absorb the contract employees,it will be dawn for you.Try for a permenent job elsewhere instead of relying on the uncertain future.

Practically negligible chances for regularization till some policy decision is taken, better search another permanent job.

Persuade leaders of union of department to take up with the Management.

Yes, be being very active in the union activities and with the help of some top union leader's recommendation, you may find a chance to get confirmation, however try for an opportunity simultaneously in the outside sources too.
