hello sir/madam, i am from Punjab and wishing to move my self and settle down my self in Nanded city. my query is what are the important things to remember before i finalize any residential plot at nanded..

Check all the title deeds through a local lawyer.
Do not buy a property whose title is not clear.

Check the title clearance report from a reputed lawyer in regard to property you want to purchase. Avoid taking risk of discrepancy in documents for small benefit in purchase price.

Dear Kartar Singji ,
Apart from Title verification , you must check the residential plot has whether converted in Non-agricultural or not. And also proper lay-out by the collector has sanctioned or not.
