as defendant given security cheque of worth 2 lac
1. The cheque is issued as a security cheque.
2. The service/goods supplied by the person is not upto the mark.
3. If it is a finance cheque only point no.1 will prevail and not point 2.
4. There is a dispute on the ROI agreed and the amount calculated.
5. There is no invoice raised
in such case what remedy available for defendant
any landmark case
