Sir,

(i) what is time to provided while issuing notice under section 4 (1) of the PPE Act, 1971? Is it 7 days or 10 days? In some places I have seen as 7 days and in others as 10 days. what is the time provided by railways deptt.

(ii) Similarly what is the time provided for carrying out the order under section 5 (1). In section 5 (2) in some places it is given as 15 days and in some as 30 days. Which is correct in the prespective of railways?
