Vehicle transfer

(Querist) 25 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I have purchased 2nd hand vehicle (two wheeler)along with signed Form 29, 30 and original RC copy and copy of residential proof of seller.
When i applied for transfer to Motor Vehicles, the agent said that that vehicle can not be transferred due to change of district.
(From 24 Pargana to Kolkata).

Can you guide me as to how can i use the vehicle without any issues.

You are also required to get NOC from that district (24 Pargna) where this vehicle was earlier registered.
