Dear Sirs,
If land is gifted to depressed class in 1958 by karnataka govt based on KLR ( karnataka land reforms act ) as occupancy right. and the same land sold in the year 1993 to Mr.A and inturn sold to Mr.B
Our developed purchased the same land from Mr.B and developed residential layout after obtaining permission from DC and BDA.
THe new house are coming up and now the original landlord heir filed case against Mr.A regarding partition.
Will the original landlord heir getback their land leaving all 50 site owners into dilema
please guide me.
