Dear All, a. I have booked a flat on my name in Noida with a builder will get completed by 2016. b. I got a GNOIDA authority allotment also on my name.
I have a property in Joint name (my name and my wife name). I had planned to sell this property and buy new two above properties with some loan. All money was paid by me for current house, my wife says she will only sign if her name will be added in registry for above two new properties. Can in sale deed registry her name is added in both above cases even booking was only my name. Thank you in advance
