sir,In a suit for specific performance of sale A against B,C impleaded for adverse possession with a void sale deed.The ap civil court has granted adverse possession to C.is this possible in a suit for specific performance or is it out the scope of thesuit

If in counter claim the plea of adverse possession was taken then the court may grant such relief.
