MY CASE STATUS IS THE MATTER IS ADJOURNED COUPLE OF TIMES FOR FINAL ARGUMENT.
I NEED TO FILE REVISION APPLICATION FOR WITNESS PW NO 2 BUT IN MY COMPLAINT or AFFIDAVIT)PW NO 2 IS NOT MENTION IN THE LIST OF WITNESS NAME.(NEW WITNESS).
SO ARE THERE ANY JUDGMENT WHICH STATES THAT SUCH REVISION APPLICATION CAN BE ALLOWED.
PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINION & REFERENCE ON IT.

The nomenclature of the application filed by you would not be 'Revision' unless it is filed against an order refusing your application to call the witnesses for examination. Court may at any stage call or recall a witness for examination if his testimony is essential in the interests of justice.
