Please Guide me : Since 4 years My wife left my Residence and Staying with her parents, she take away my daughter now Age 14, In between ( 2 years before ) I file the Divorce Case but she is not willing to give Divorce then I withdraw the case,, She is still staying her parents house.. :
Can I file a fresh Case for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, My wife not allowing me to meet my daughter, both we are staying in the same city, she is working as a Teacher in the Pvt. school, and I am trying for a new job in the Pvt. company,
Can I file the case for my right's on meeting my daughter ?, How much expansive will take place, and time period to get any kind of outcome..?

File RCR application first, let she be appear in the court, in that counselling process may help for positive outcome.

YES, you Can file a fresh Case for Restitution of Conjugal Rights as well as you can get orders for meeting your daughter too but proceed step wise so RCR first , BUT DO NOT MISS TO STATE IN PETITION OF RCR THAT YOU ARE PRESENTLY JOBLESS WHILE YOUR WIFE EMPLOYED BECAUSE SHE MAY DEMAND MAINTENANCE AFTER APPEARANCE.

Thanks for your support and Guidance, The women"s have more powers & rights and they misuse.. How long it will take to get some conclusion, ?, To take care of my mother and myself I have taken one widow, she is staying with me last 2 years, my wife and her parents know about that.. : What kind of pre-caution I have to take, I didn't create any proof for second marriage.. In front of Law she take care of my mother.., Can the Police make trouble for me..? She is Age 32, My self : age : 47, & my mother Age : 78.., Please guide me. thanks

Then how can your RCR will be maintainable and tenable in the eye of law? Your legally wedded wife will never entertain this kind of act you disclosed lateron.

Mr.anonymus what you thinking about you? Earlierly you didn't mentioned about your this.. After got some replys you telling about this. If you want legal remedies mean your hands should be pure.
