The natural justice demands that parallel proceedings cannot be allowed in different Courts or in same courts.
Where it has been said that the abovementioned any judicial precedent is available then pls forward it to me.

it is depend upon the circumstace.nomally two parallal proceedings cannot be maintainable.in civil it is in sec.9 and 10 of c.p.c

Section 9 deals with jurisdiction of the civil court and section 10 deals with stay of suit.
I am curious know how are these sections related with two parallel proceedings. It is important to understand the provisions first.
