car parking

if your neibhour park his car in front of ur house which is l.i.g flats, already the gali is narrow even when a car is parked not even a ambulanace can enter in the society in case of emergency .please help to answer this query. can i ask for the help of traffic police for that.

firts meet your neighbour and explain the matter to him.if he is not obliging then issue a legal notice.even after that he is not listening to you go to police. or else you can take an injunction order against him in civil court complaining the nuisancs caused by him.

Yes but given the public interest involved in it I would suggest you to file the suit as Representative Suit.

please do not seek legal remedies for such things.

either try to settle the issue amicably by your direct talk or use some common friends.

after all he/she is your neighbour.
