It shall be better if you go through Article of association and memorandum of that particular company against which you want to attain such type of knowledge. Now RTI is also applicable to private companies so it is very easy to obtain such information from company itself.

Dear Sir, generally MOA along with its object clause varies from company to company. There are no specific formats. It is better if you study various MOAs of other related company. Otherwise you may go for ROC inspection at the area where your reistered office situate. It would amount subject to some inspection fees. Otherwise there is no legal dispute regarding the issue. Afterall it is a public document which is open to all.
