revalidation

Dear Sirs,

I had entered into an agreement for purchase of land. the agreement was on a stamp paper of Rs.100/- only though the sale consideration is ten lakhs. Is it a must to get the agreement revalidated before filing a suit for specific performance? Thanks.

No. There is no need of its revalidation before filing the suit for specific performance as desired by you.
