original counsel out of station , case fixed for consideration on stay and for filing written statement , whether vice counsel is entitled for a date for consideration and filing written statement as per law , is there any section or order in C.P.C or citation for adjournment , help me for this matter ,

No any quotation of law is necessary in the given circumstances rather it is part of court working. Law of natural justice also demands and courts generally handle such situations in routine and adjournments are thus provided to newly appointed/engaged lawyer to represent his case after preparation as sought in the given case.
