Need help with execution of maharera order

I have booked a flat with developer. The possesion was delayed. The building is now ready and the developer has given possession to other allotees. I demanded interest from the developer along with possession which the developer refused. I filed a complaint with RERA authority in April 2025 and was awarded a favourable order directing the developer to hand over possession along with interest by Oct 10th 2026 - 3 days ago. The developer did not offer the possession. I did not receive any communication from the developer. I understand I have to file execution petition. Can someone guide me with the process? I don't see any option in the MahaRERA website. I badly need the possession of the flat . I can wait for the interest part but need immediate possession. Can you someone guide me the options available to me and the process?

Thanks but I am looking for the process to file the execution application. Can I pray to issue arrest warrant against the builder for non compliance of the RERA order in my execution application? The building is ready and the developer has given possession to other allottees but refusing to give me the possession and wants me to withdraw the RERA complaint as a precondition to offerring possession. The RERA order is favorable to the allottee but developer is refusing to comply with the order. I want to file execution application and wanted to understand if I can pray to issue arrest warrant for non compliance of order?

Since MahaRERA awarded a favorable order with an execution deadline of October 10th, 2026, and the developer failed to offer possession or comply, you have a legal right to enforce the order.
Serve a Legal Notice for Compliance: Send a formal notice via email and speed post to the developer giving them 48 hours to comply with the MahaRERA order dated October 10, 2026.
File the Execution Application Online: Lodge the Non-Compliance complaint under Sections 40 & 63 on the MahaRERA portal.
Engage a RERA Advocate: While the portal allows self-filing, engaging a lawyer for execution proceedings ensures fast-tracking notice issuance and pushing the bench to issue direct possession warrants.
