sir mere naam par huda ki allotment govt servant quota me hui thi 2015 me uske baad huda ne noc of multiple allotment ki letter 2024 me di hai or allotment abhi tak nahi di ,ab huda wale mujhe 11 % pere annum add kar 32000 rs per sq yards me de rahe hai jabki mujhe plot 13000 rs me allot hua tha , isme delay bhi huda ki taraf se hai ,maine kai baar letter bhi likhe huda ko lekin koi ans nhi diya ,ab mujhe kya karna chahiye pls suggest

You first issue a legal notice venting out your grievances in this regard and instruct HUDA to collect the original fixed rate alone because the delay was on their part and not yours.
If they don't listen then you can approach consumer commission against the HUDA for unfair trade practice and deficiency in service
