(Querist) 03 May 2025 This query is : Resolved
Respected Lawyers,
1).I have two property's one as release deed and other owned...
Is there registrar who sits in court to register agreement for.sale.
Or Only registration department of district has accreditation.
2) I want to make a deed in name of my son born in 2008.is he matured to hold property rights..
Thanks.

The subregistrar of the jurisdiction where the property is located registers the document. You can register a gift deed in his favour, and he is still a minor; therefore, you or his mother may be a guardian on his behalf until he attains majority.

Contact area Sub-Registrar for registration of document.
Facts posted are vague and confusing, be clear as to what do you intend for the subject properties.
You have posted various other similar questions as found from your profile, therefore, it is better to seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer.

You can transfer the property in favour of your child and as the child is still a minor by age, a guardian may have to appointed to the minor beneficiary of the registered gift deed to be executed before concerned sub registrar.

You have made too many assumptions based on subjective opinions. Please post the material facts and the issue, if any.
