Second marriage of a muslim man/ woman without divorce.

Respected Sir,
Please intimate me whether a muslim man or woman can marry a second marriage living his first wife/husband or without divorce under newly introduced BNS 2024 laws.

The question posted now pertains to the Muslim Personal Law and nothing to do with central law.

All the Muslims are governed by Muslim Personal Law ( Shariat ), This law deals with Marriage,succession and inheritance of Muslims.BNS and other law does not apply on Muslim marriages.
