Marriage Related issues

(Querist) 12 July 2018 This query is : Resolved 
A false FIR has been filed against me and my brother under section 294, 323, 427, 34, 506 by my wife. A planned incident made by her along with 2 witness. Now how to fight these false cases. Please guide. I am already facing 498a and DV trials in court.
