sir, accused issued a cheque of andhra bank, of place 'A", and complainant deposited the same in SBI of same place 'A' only and it is dishonoured first time.

Accused asked to represent the same second time. complainant re presented same in Andhra Bank of Place 'B". and dishonoured. Request confirm = Jurisdiction of court is Place A or B for action u/s 138 NI Act.

Jurisdiction lies at place B where the bank of complainant situated and complainant had deposited the cheque for it's amount collection.
