Can anybody let me know what is the procedure for lodging fir as per court direction. Who is the authority to put FIR? IF the direction is for 420

sir. actual we are getting court direction for FIR. In that circumstances local police official till date not taking any step against court direction. In this circumstances the official just make an enquiry only...

If there is court direction and the police have not still registered the FIR, then why dont you ask your Lawyer to file a contempt petition?
