1. Depending on the type of harassment and documentary evidences available, some matter can be filed before Consumer Court /Civil Court /Cooperative Court /Criminal Court. Some issues also can be taken up before the ward's Deputy Registrar of cooperatives

2. Without proper documentary evidence and witness, there is no point in filing any case in any court. PRIOR Homework is utmost necessary.
