Possession of home

Resp. sir,

In my DV case court has given possession of half house ( 2 rooms out of 4 ) to my wife but she is not living there long back. she is living n working in different city far away from home town. she had not paid the light bill from last 6/8 months.and not taking care of it.

can i ask court to cancell her possession of 2 rooms.

any other suggestion .

It is her head-ache. if you have any doubts in this, contact the lawyer already engaged for the purpose of dv case.

You may approach court, would decide on merits.

However, exact language of orders need to be referred for further advice.
