Change in address in deed

In original sale seed the address of buyer is of jharkand where she is married now she want to change the address with her parental address I.e from Bihar.is it possible as mutation is also done ,if yes then please convey the process.

Are you the seller or buyer? And has the possession been transferred to the transferee? If the sale is completed in every, the original transferor has no right, title or interest in the property; he is just a stranger.
