Dear Sir,
We are having open land in Dhule, Maharashtra, on 7/12 there are 4 names including me ( myself, father & sisters). Now we have to remove 3 names. As we are living in Pune, kindly inform where i have to register the hakka sod pathra & what are the document required. Also let me know can i get hakka sode patra, if i get the power of attorney from other members.

Relinquishment deed preferably at jurisdictional area under which property falls.

it can be possible thru POA.

Registered relinquishment deed from the person whose name is to be removed need to be executed.
