Land given on contract to use

I have a agriculture land which i want to give it to other party for performing agricultural operations, the profits earned out of it will be shared equally between owner and other party. What document is required to be prepared for such situation.

Since agriculture tenancy law / rules differ from state to state, discuss with local lawyer.

Which state, city you belong to..be very careful while handing over the possession of the land to the other party.. currently we can advise you to go for MOU.

Agree with Mr. Goyal that the related law differs from state to state, so you have to consult an experienced civil lawyer locally.
