The return order

I ordered book in Amazon online shopping. But I received the another book. It mismatched with that book.I returned the book. But they didn't pickup my book. They told me to send the book myself. I complained lots of time with phonecalls and emails. But they told me doesn't find your address? But they delivered the book in that address. How to claim my order? How to book my case? Is this case belongs to consumer court? Please Guide me.

you can file a case in consumer court.
but please do send an email to Amazon asking them for the book you ordered.
