Apartment associaiton registration in bangalore

i would like to know the sequence of procedures and activities to be done before registration of the Apartment Association either under KSRA, 1960 or KAOA.

Any leads would help.

Mr.E.Nagarajan, the society shall be registered under Karnataka Society Registration Act, 1960. there are rules amended in the year 2002. for remaining consult in Registrar office of your District.
