we have heritage house issue with my uncle
my uncle has entered his name only in heritage house out of they are 2 brothers

i have all the papers and info how he did this.
how he made false Familytree or pedigree and all other info.

so i wanna file case at civil court but is it possible that i can represent myself without hiring a lawyer coz i know i can represent case very well

Yes, one can file and contest the case in person without taking help of a lawyer. However it is wise to hire lawyer for fighting a case in court.
File a partition suit and do engage an advocate. You are ill-equipped to handle such case.

You can proceed with the case yourself, engaging lawyer may fetch better results.
