wheather Rs20 non judical stamp paper is worth for leagal proceedings in future

no. non judicial stamp paper not sufficient to sale of vehicle..

it should be completed through name transfer in Registration certificate before the concern rto.

for new vehicle 10%, if its below 10,00,000/.,

15% if its more than 10,00,000/-

for used vehicle its may differ according to vehicle's market value.
